My Head canon of The Eternal Champion and The Agent

So, i havent really played Arena and Daggerfall, but there is this thing that tells me that The Eternal Champion and The Agent used to be adventurers like you ambassadors from their kingdoms but

  1. The Eternal Champion saw  Jagar Tharn’s betray
  2. The Agent was betrayed by a opposing group or something like that

It actually makes some sense, at least for me.
